I always make a point to stop by the City Bakery at the Brentwood Country Mart. Sex and the City fans will remember the NY branch – Carrie and her crew could be found enjoying their amazing blueberry corn muffins and pretzel croissants. Delish!
Avoiding the hassle of the incessantly filled parking lot, I parked a couple of blocks away, unknowing that my life was about to be risked. I started crossing the busy intersection at San Vicente and waited on the island until all was clear.
I’ll admit it. I was talking on my cell phone, so I’m partially to blame, but just as I was about to take a step into the street, I look over to my right to see a shocked Diane Keaton driving her Mercedes G Class SUV straight into me! I screamed and stepped back, luckily avoiding her as she turned within two feet of my nose. Feeling slightly guilty, she waved and smiled… so I waved back! And she zoomed on her way, still smiling!

Diane has alot on her mind these days, she's a busy woman!...and you should have been looking and not on your cell phone...at least you weren't driving! I almost ran Cybil Shepard over one time in BH years ago...so, she's not alone!

Hi i would just i think its cool you got meet all those celebrity's I've lived here all my life and i only got to see one or two do you know how lucky you are? Thats so cool! that you get to see so many more famous Poeple, but i think you do need to watch where your going when you do cross the street though it's soo easy to get killed these days! Kathy

If you let her hit you, you would have been instantly rich, albeit handicapped and unable to shake the dog off your leg when it wants to hump you.
