Introducing the Dwights Premiere

While every cell in my body was hoping that Hugh Jackman would support his fellow Aussies and show up at the L.A. premiere of the Australian indie pic Introducing the Dwights, I knew it was a stretch. The premiere was low-key, with star and Golden Globe winner Brenda Blythn headlining the night.

Australian model-cum-actress Emma Booth arrived with her angelic blonde hair in soft waves, contrasting sharply with her black pencil skirt and silver sequined jacket from Third Millennium. Keep a watch out for her, she's gorgeous and is starring in Joel Schumacher's latest thriller out this Fall.

Seconds later, the rest of the cast arrived and everyone posed for group shots. Star on the rise Khan Chittenden arrived with fellow co-star Richard Wilson, but they looked lost on the carpet. At one point, Khan asked his publicist what he should do next. It was so cute to see these fledgling actors take on Hollywood!

In typical Aussie style, a bar awaited the actors and guests at the end of the red carpet. Rosemount Estate featured their Shiraz grapes and guests mingled until the house lights dimmed.

It was a cute romantic comedy and the acting was fab. Plus, I can't get enough of those Aussie accents! Scrumptious, right mate?
