Big Stars Get Big Gifts for the Emmys
In the first of two cross-town competing gifting suites, the GBK Productions Pre-Emmy gifting suites at the top of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel showcased everything hot in Hollywood from $500 hair dryers to $5,000 weekend getaways for Emmy nominees and presenters.
The scene was set by an overjoyed and enthusiastic Leeza Gibbons, who picked up several body-enhancing products from itWorks!, while grabbing some sexy Brazilian lingerie at Aline Alcantara. In the baby-themed room, Seth Green and Candace Bailey also resorted to their childhood pleasures and tried on bibs from DaBib while drinking from LilyBugs' cute monkey-covered baby bottles.
Best of all, four charities, including Clothes off our Backs and The Humane Society, had booths set up to get celebrities involved and aware. They were not giving anything away, but they were asking for things from participants. I suppose nothing is free, but it's much easier to give when you get back so much in return.
